Rental Property Painting

Perth Premier Painting are painters in Perth who provide high-quality rental property painting services. We are Dulux Accredited Painters, and ensure your rental property is handled with the highest quality workmanship. We remove scuff marks and colour match the surfaces we paint as Dulux Colour Consultants.

Landlords of rental properties have a small timeframe to make their property look fresh and clean. We offer rental property painting services for homes or buildings, whether it is for repainting the rental property or just interior/exterior painting.

It is common for rental properties to be damaged by previous or current tenants, decreasing the value of your property. This may impact your rental property price in the future.

To negate this issue, consider a professional painter to make your property look and feel fresh again. This is a small price compared to the earning of renting your freshly painted property at a premium price.

Painting For Landlords

Landlord or investment property owners may have the unfortunate task of having to repair or repaint after having a tenant trash or cause damage to their property. You may need to repaint the entire place in order to rent it again and need to do it very quickly. This is another area where we can help! Call us or contact us through the website to see how quickly we can get the job finished for you.

It is also important to provide tenants with a property that is free of flaking, peeling or cracked paint not only so any damage can be noticed upon regular inspections but also to ensure the health and happiness of your tenants. Property owners may also be able to claim rental painting or maintenance to their properties as a tax deduction. For more information visit www.ato.gov.au.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Got lucky getting these guys in for the interior painting of our investment property in Mount Lawley.
Steves professional approach and attention to detail was what sealed the deal for us.
Steves team were actually a pleasure to have working in our home.
They were punctual, polite, professional and even though there was excessive amounts of preparation due to a lot of hair line cracks, the house was left spotless every afternoon before they left.
If you live in Perth you will know how difficult it is to get tradies who actually turn up on time, let alone clean up after themselves.
Theirs wasn’t the cheapest quote we received, but 100% worth every cent.
The house looks amazing.
Thanks Steve and the team at Perth Premier Painting.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve hired Perth Premier Painting three times now (all in Subiaco, interior and exterior: walls, ceilings, trims, doors, railings, gutters, fences…basically if something needed to be painted in our last 2 homes, they’ve painted it), and every experience with them has been excellent. They’re clean, respectful, efficient, and the quality of their work is fantastic. They were also happy to stop noisy work during our daughter’s naptime which was very appreciated. I’d recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much for all your work guys. The house looks amazing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Peter and Fitzy did an incredible job fixing cracks in my walls and I was grateful for the cleanup and help rehanging paintings. Steve is a great organiser who is on time and true to his word. Highly recommend!
